Tesco are a long term Socially Recruited client, who we have helped with recruitment and employer brand advertising across their whole business, from HGV drivers and warehouse staff to graduates and interns.
In this latest campaign, Tesco wanted to position itself as the employer of choice across all of their early year programmes, including Internships, Apprenticeships and Graduates whilst ensuring they reach a diverse candidate base.
The solution was a 2 month long Employer Brand campaign, powered by the Socially Recruited Technology, that promoted each of the programmes to their exact audience across Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
